Welcome to all of our new readers! So glad you found us. The purpose of this newsletter is to present news as it should be - highlighting the people and organizations challenging Trump and his minions - and not as the media currently presents it.

Democratic Party leaders in Congress started to get their sea legs this week, which means that a strategy may be forming. The presence of elected leaders in this fight has brought some needed media attention, which is good. More people know they are not alone than did before. Same goes for all the protests: people are meeting, organizing, planning. I hope The Pushback helps you find opportunities to make your own good trouble. Putting this newsletter together buoys my soul; we will win, or at least fight to a draw.

This week, I canceled my Amazon Prime account. I encourage you to do the same. We need to stop feeding the billionaires. Jeff Bezos is getting a pass this week because he isn't destroying the government (as far as we know). Don't feed him.

Also, don't use Tubi to watch TV. Tubi is owned by Fox/Rupert Murdoch and its ad sales support Fox News.
