Pushback 59

There's some bleak stuff going on today. We can now see clearly in the rearview mirror that the thing looming over us is a Constitutional crisis. It's here. It's chasing us. But we can fight back.
I started this newsletter not because I wanted people to feel some rays of light in the darkness of current events. Not feel good puppy pictures (although I should share more of those) but real evidence of people and organizations fighting back against Trump and fascism. It is happening, I promise, and I will continue to share the news with you. Don't despair, we can win.
The topics are listed according to the type of action and actor as described in this post. "Democrats" are elected officials, government agencies, unions, and non-profits. "Grassroots" are individuals, political organizing groups, and informal groups. "Disloyal Opposition" are Republicans, conservatives, business interests, and other interests more typically aligned with the GOP agenda.
This is a crowd-sourced effort, so if you come across a news item or call to action that you think we should include, please email pushback.rebuild at gmail dot com. Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far. Some links will require subscriptions.
