  • Gwynne Wilcox has filed a lawsuit challenging her removal from the NLRB.
  • Plaintiff unions have requested a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) stopping the deferred resignation offer.
  • Plaintiff unions have filed a lawsuit to prevent disclosure to DOGE of personal and financial records at the Department of Labor.
  • A judge ordered, from the bench, a nationwide preliminary injunction blocking the birthright citizenship Executive Order (EO).
  • Plaintiff union for FBI agents filed a lawsuit seeking to stop the discharge of FBI agents who participated in January 6 investigations and have requested a TRO to prevent the public disclosure of those agents.
  • Plaintiffs who are/were DOJ employees have filed a similar suit.
  • Doctors for America have sued OPM to stop removal of information from HHS websites
  • PFLAG has filed a lawsuit against the EO ban on gender affirming care for individuals under the age of 19.
