The avalanche of bad policy dictates from Trump and Project 2025 is intended to feel like the firehose turned directly on our chests and faces. Too much to take in, pushing our bodies back to the safe and powerless places, knocking the wind from our lungs. That's the point of all this.

There's work being done, and work to do. There are good people doing good work. We're here to tell you about it. Not heartwarming good news; rebellious good news.

The Pushback is a news and information aggregator (for now) that aims to share information about the people and organizations who are opposing Trump's authoritarianism and, just as importantly, proposing a new and better social contract after he's gone.
